the cone hat is less than 99 cents to make.  It's just a printed cardstock and tulle.
the crown is about 50 cents to make.  You get 2 crowns per A4 sheet.

my pretended castle a.k.a.gazebo will be fully decorated with tulle ... purple, pink, yellow

simple decoration on left and upscale on right with addition of yellow braids out of tulle and colorful silk flowers too.
